How to Use
Charge fully before first use – a full charge takes around four hours and twenty minutes. Place the wrap around the shoulder or knee and fasten the straps so the panel sits flat against the skin.
Switch on and choose light, heat, vibration or any combination. The wrap powers down automatically after 30 minutes.
